The PSC participates in international regulatory organizations and relevant international initiatives that provide important avenues for the world to make appropriate contributions in shaping international private securities regulation and the decentralized market. The PSC currently chairs the World Private Capital Market Forum, which is comprised of key regulators of the global private equity market.

The Private Securities Commission administers and enforces the rules and regulations under the Securities Act of 1972, the Acquisition Disclosure Act of 1976, and subsequent amendments to those laws.
