Private Securities Commission
The PSC participates in international regulatory organizations and in relevant international initiatives which provide important avenues for the World to make appropriate contributions in the shaping of international securities regulation. The PSC currently chairs the World Capital Market Forum, which comprises key World securities market regulators.
The Private Securities Commission administers and enforces rules and regulations under the Securities Act of 1972, the Takeover Disclosure Law of 1976, and subsequent amendments to those laws.
